Seller services

Why start your home sale with a plan?

A selling plan keeps your property details, records, and questions in one place. The listing description preview uses only the facts you enter and shows where a source or final review is still needed.

Housing advertising should describe the property without expressing a preference for who should live there. Review the official HUD fair housing guidance and ask your real estate professional to check local requirements and the final MLS version.

Home selling planner questions

What does this home selling planner include?

It organizes the home details you enter, shows records and claims to check, creates listing copy for review, and gives you a printable preparation checklist.

Is this a home valuation or pricing tool?

No. The planner does not estimate value, compare sales, or recommend a listing price. It organizes the details you enter and questions to discuss with an agent.

Does the planner send my property information?

No. Entries are saved only in local browser storage on the device you are using. The planner has no submit action and does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, or street address.

Can I create a listing description without MLS access?

Yes. You can preview listing copy from the property details you enter without MLS access. An agent should still review the final copy, MLS field limits, and local requirements before publication.

What should I verify before publishing a property description?

Confirm room counts, measurements and sources, dates, permits, warranties, included items, neutral wording, and any location or proximity statement. Remove anything you cannot support.
